Activity Schedule Report (by Attendant)

Activity Schedule Reports allow you to generate reports on the activities that have been scheduled at your Property, for a specified period of time. These Reports are further broken down into the categories of by Attendant, by Facility or by Type, allowing you to be extremely specific in the details you are generating. This means that you can ensure that your activities take place as efficiently and as profitably as possible, and can easily see where you might wish to add or change anything associated with your activities (such as hiring a new staff member that can perform certain tasks, or re-purposing a poorly used facility).

The Activity Schedule Report (by Attendant) allows you to generate a report on the ATTENDANTS scheduled for activities for a specified period of time.

Note: BEFORE scheduling any activities can be completed, the attendant schedule (when your employees are working) must be completed. This ensures Skyware Systems knows what attendants are available for scheduling during the selected time period when you select to schedule an activity.

Once generated, this report groups all activities by the specified Attendant(s) for the chosen Schedule Type, showing the start/end activity date/time, facility, the activity name and any comments associated with the activity. If desired, the report can also show the revenue generated by the attendant(s), including gratuities.

Depending on your Property's configuration, you may be able to access the Activities Menu directly from the Quick Menu.

Other Front Desk Tasks

 

Select Other from the Quick Menu on the left to be taken to the Other Front Desk Tasks Menu.

Or select Other => from the Other section (bottom right) of the Full Menu.

Click the icon on the left for the Full menu.

This will display the Full menu in a tabular form, with four sections, Registration, Status, Cashier and Other.

From the Other Section, select Other =>.

This will display the Other Front Desk Tasks Menu, which has four sections, Other List 1, Other List 2, Documents and Web.

Select Activities from the Other Front Desk Tasks menu, Other List 1 section.

This will open the Activities Menu, which has two sections, Items and Reports.

When selected, the Activity Schedule Report (by Attendant) screen will open.

Date Range: Select a Start Date and an End Date for the report. You may use the drop-down menus to select year, month and day, or click on the calendar icon to select the date range.

Select the Schedule: This is a drop-down menu of all the available Schedule Types for your Activities. Choose the one you wish to have displayed.

Select the Attendant: This is a scrollable menu listing all your available attendants (or the option ALL). By default the option -ALL- is selected.

Select whom you wish to see information on in the report.

Breakout by Activity: This box may be checked or unchecked. By default it is unchecked. If it is checked, the report will show the details arranged by the activity name, rather than by date/time.

Include Revenue: This box may be checked or unchecked. By default it is unchecked. If it is checked, the report will also show the revenue (and gratuity) generated, both by attendant and the total amounts.

When finished, click the orange button Show the Report.

Once generated, the report groups all activities by attendant, showing the activity start and end date/time, facility, the activity name and any comments associated with the activity.

By default, the report is generated in PDF form and opens in a separate browser window. From there you can select to save or print the report, among other options. You can, instead, check the Generate report to HTML for exporting checkbox to generate the report in HTML instead of PDF.
